Joe Jonas `stopped at airport for carrying cheese knife`

It has been reported that Joe Jonas for carrying knife in his luggage was stopped at Abu Dhabi airport.

According to her four month old girl friend,Ashley Greene, said that it was just a simple knife for the purpose of cheese cutting and that the keen cook had packed in the wrong bag.

Appearing on Lopez Tonight, Greene, 23, explained: 'We were going from the Middle East to New York, so [there was] tons of security, tons of screenings,' 'We got through one, surprisingly enough.'

But at the second security check the security workers, 'looked at us with these stern faces like, 'What's in your bag?'' she said.

While the Twilight actress feared they were going to be arrested, Jonas simply replied: 'Whoopsies!'

'Whoopsies doesn't cut it,' she added. 'We were going to get arrested! It was embarrassing.'

Fortunately for the Camp Rock star, they let him send the offending knife to be stowed with the hold luggage.

The Jonas Brothers are Buenos Aires Boys!

The Jonas Brothers Band members Kevin,Nick and Jeo was in Buenos Aires, Argentina previous Saturday (Nov 13) to promote there “Camp Rock 2.”

Their rep also released a statement regarding Demi Lovato’s departure from the tour: “Everyone on the tour obviously wishes her the best of luck and wishes her well.”
